Mac Miller’s GO:OD AM is available today.
The Pittsburgh native has been working on his third studio album for the last two years. In previous interviews, he’s opened up about his battles with depression and drug abuse, saying that GO:OD AM is a step in showcasing the mindset he's in right now. The album is 17 tracks long and features the likes of Ab-Soul, Lil B, Miguel, Chief Keef, Little Dragon and more.
To celebrate the release of his album, he’s also released a video for “Brand Name.” In the video, Mac gets his own reality TV show, but it’s not as exciting as you would think. Like many of us working a 9-to-5, Mac illustrates the mundane life he’s living. Later on, Mac smartens up and realizes that he doesn’t want his life televised anymore. At the end of the day, even “brand names” are human beings too.
