Report: 50 Cent Wants Details of Vitamin Water Deal Sealed

G-Unit boss asks bankruptcy judge for financial privacy.

There was a time when 50 Cent loved boasting about his bread, but things have changed.

Fif is asking a bankruptcy judge not to publicize the details of his Vitamin Water deal, the Jasmine Brand reports. Revealing the business info will ruin his career, and give other companies ammunition to go after more money, the rapper argues.

The Queens native signed with Vitamin Water in 2004, and reportedly made $150 million when Coca-Cola's acquired Glacéau, the company behind the popular drinks. He filed for Chapter 11 in July after losing a $5 million lawsuit from Rick Ross's baby’s mother, Lestonia Leviston.

I'm taking the precautions that any other good businessperson would take in this situation," he said after the filing. “When you're successful and stuff, you become a target. I don't wanna be a bull's eye. I don't want anybody to pick me as the guy that they just come to with astronomical claims and go through all that."

The G-Unit boss supposedly owes $28 million in debts, with $2.7 million in the bank.
