For whatever reason, Ty Dolla $ign wanted to drop a surprise mixtape this week. We can’t be mad at that.

Ty Dolla $ign has been on a heavy promo run for his debut album, Free TC, that’s coming out on Nov. 13. He must have suspected that his fans couldn't wait any longer. Airplane Mode is his eighth mixtape following 2014's $ign Language. Accompanied by the title track ("Airplane Mode") produced by Ty and members of D.R.U.G.S., this will be a nice, mellow listen that’ll keep you occupied until Free TC comes out.
