TMZ is reporting that the Texas rapper is being investigated for allegedly raping a woman he met on Instagram in a hotel room in July.

Reportedly, the 22-year-old woman from Dallas claims she met T-Wayne on the social media outlet in June, before he flew her out to Houston the next month to visit him.

She claims they went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and T-Wayne tried to coax her into have sex back at the hotel room—something she allegedly refused. Despite her alleged refusal, she says the rapper pinned her down and raped her.

Five weeks after the alleged incident, the woman filed a police report. Law enforcement officials opened a rape investigation case to look into the accusations. The woman alleges the only reason she waited five weeks to file the police report was because she was in shock.

The Texas MC hasn't returned TMZ's request for a comment thus far.
