Oops: Mack Maine, Birdman Sued for Mistaken Identity

Teen says his photo was used for "Ethan Couch" track.

Mack Maine and  Birdman are getting sued for misusing a teenager’s photo.

The 17-year-old boy’s parents say their son’s image made the cover art for Maine’s “Ethan Couch” track inspired by an affluent Texas teen sentenced to probation after killing four people in a drunk driving accident.

Parents, Mark and Becky English were “shocked” to see their son’s photo on the art work, according to TMZ

Birdman got pulled into the suit because “Ethan Couch” dropped on Cash Money Records. It’s not clear how much the English’s are seeking in damages.
