Rick Ross Released From House Arrest
Rick Ross is free to roam about the country.
A Georgia judge lifted Rozay's house arrest, TMZ reports, allowing him to travel so long as he informs officials every time he leaves the state, and stays far away from the man he allegedly pistol-whipped earlier this summer.
The judge agreed to set Ross free since the victim of his alleged assault doesn't live anywhere near him. He's been on house arrest since July after spending close to a week in jail when he was convicted of hitting a gardener at his Atlanta mansion for throwing a party there while he was out of town.
In August, a judge eased up the rules of his house arrest after Ross' attorneys successfully argued that he was losing money due to the home confinement. The new rules of the house arrest stated that, when traveling for work, Rozay had to share his itinerary with the District Attorney’s office, and get home from local shows within two hours.
Now, he can go anywhere (like the Adele "Hello" remix below) except in the direct vicinity of his former employee.
