Calling Kanye West’s forthcoming album SWISH “anticipated” is an understatement and presumably only a handful of people have heard any of what ‘Ye’s cooking so far.

Apparently Lamar Odom, former NBA star and husband of Kim Kardashian’s sister Khloe, got to hear the album recently and loved it. After visiting him at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on Thanksgiving Day, Kim and Kanye opened up about seeing their relative by marriage and lifted his spirits through music.

"We did visit Lamar today, and we played him his new album," Kim told her family in a new video posted by Khloe on her website. "And then when I was done I said, ‘Did you like the music?' and he said, 'Loved it.'"

While luck had him listening to Yeezy’s soon-to-be-released seventh studio LP, it was misfortune that brought Odom to the hospital. He was found unconscious in October at a Nevada brothel after a drug overdose, which had him in a coma for nearly 72 hours. He has since awakened and is going through recovery.
