Report: Chris Brown Punched a Woman At a Las Vegas Party
Chris Brown is under investigation for allegedly punching a woman at a party in his suite at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas and snatched her cell phone after she attempted to take a picture of him.
All this is according to Liziane Gutierrez, identified as a Brazilian model, who went to the cops and told them Breezy sucker-punched her after he flipped out over her taking photos of him with a cell phone she snuck past security. TMZ has pictures of the woman, with one swollen red eye.
Cops arrived at Brown's hotel on Saturday morning after recieving a call from Gutierrez, but by the time they arrived at his suite, he had already left the property. No criminal charges have been pressed as yet. Though he didn't speak to police, Brown did share his side of the story on Instagram with an expletive-filled rant. "You know this is bulls**t! This woman has the worst case of the uglies I've ever seen," Brown wrote. "I guess she is in Vegas hoping someone will slip up and mess wit her. Lol."
Breezy went on to point out the woman has had a bad run-in with a celebrity before. Back in August, she was reportedly denied entrance to Jason Derulo's tour bus and then accused the singer of inappropriate behavior toward his female passengers. “Obviously somebody looking to get a check or start some s***,” Brown said in his post. “Look at her in the Jason Derulo video. She came to Vegas, she probably came to my room and was too ugly to get in.”
The singer's rep issued a more mature, but no less accusatory, statement on the incident. "Making false accusations seems to be a pattern of behavior for Ms. Gutierrez," it reads. "We aren’t sure what mood altering substances Ms. Gutierrez was on but her statements are completely false and not based in reality. This seems like a clear case of retaliation for her bruised ego."
