Bow Wow Is Aiming to Be the G.O.A.T. of His Era

He’s come a long way from his 1993 debut on the Arsenio Hall Show.

Shad Moss, formerly known as Bow Wow, is coming back to his hosting roots in a fresh way. Bow Wow previously stepped away from music to pursue other creative endeavors, including being one of the final hosts for 106 & Park. Since the show ended in 2014, Bow Wow changed his image and started going by his real name, Shad Moss, in hopes of pursuing something greater than just being another rapper.

Moss took to Instagram this morning to announce that he’s coming to late night television. In his announcement, he stated that in terms of 106 & Park, he felt he didn’t have as much control as he wanted to. He also mentioned that it won’t be like anything that’s currently on TV, but music will play an important role in the show’s content. Moss concluded the post by saying that he wants his first guest to be Kobe Bryant.

He also took to Twitter yesterday to confirm that he’s done with music and is “cool making millions on film/TV.” He also stated that he has dreams of getting an Emmy. Moss is currently starring in CBS’s latest CSI installment, CSI: Cyber.
