Kanye West Releases "Saint Pablo", Well Sort Of
Kanye West’s antics in releasing his latest album have been both unprecedented but also super annoying.
He’s dropped and changed numerous versions of The Life Of Pablo so many times, no one really knows how the album actually sounds when you run it. Fans finally thought they were getting the official version of “Saint Pablo” featuring Sampha, and then of course – after it was released on Apple Music – was taken down.
The song was debuted by ‘Ye at Los Angeles’ 1OAK nightclub and was immediately praised, especially as it kind of sounded like the “old Kanye,” at least lyrically. A leaked version appeared online a few weeks ago but was then released officially yesterday. “I wrote Saint Pablo after admitting to my greatest shame my personal debt,” Kanye wrote on Twitter after the song was released. “But I’m not ashamed anymore.”
Will we ever be able to officially hear this song, like, forever?
