President Barack Obama and former President George W. Bush marked the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks at the World Trade Center Sunday.

Bush and Obama, joined by their wives, ran their hands over bronze panels bearing victims' names at the Sept. 11 memorial, writes the Associated Press. The twin reflecting pools built over the towers' footprints will open to family members later Sunday for the first time.
