Father Charged With Killing Two-Year-Old Daughter to Appear in Court

The father of Tierra Morgan-Glover is due in court on Dec. 5

The father charged with murdering his two-year-old daughter by throwing her into a New Jersey Creek will make his first appearance before a judge on Dec. 5.

 

After a massive manhunt, Arthur Morgan III was captured by authorities on Nov. 29 in San Diego and will be extradited to New Jersey before his court date. Authorities say his daughter, Tierra Morgan-Glover, was still her in car seat when Morgan left her in a creek in Wall Township, New Jersey. Morgan had picked the toddler up from her mother's house for a court-ordered visit, but failed to return her. Her body was discovered on Nov. 22.
