It’s almost too easy to imagine the number of shout-outs Bobby Brown must get when someone needs to warn a BFF about getting involved with a man who’s no good for her. But did you know that there’s a greeting card for that available at Target? Well, there was, until the store opted for decency over profits and began removing it from their shelves.

The card, which wasn’t in the best of taste, offered this cautionary bit of advice: "Next time you think of dating the bad boy, consider Whitney Houston. That’s all I’m going to say."

It’s actually a rather clever idea. Everybody knows that some people just don’t react well when you talk about their man and others need help giving that kind of advice in a diplomatic way. But now that Houston is dead, it may be too harsh a sentiment for a greeting card. Almost as harsh as it must be being Bobby Brown these days and not simply because of the loss he may be feeling.
