Fit, fierce, fly. These are just three words to describe first lady Michelle Obama.
In her latest Instagram post, Mrs. Obama shared her top five workout moves as part of her #GimmeFive challenge, which celebrates the fifth anniversary of her Let's Move campaign. To participate, Obama wants people to share their top five ways to be healthy on social media.
In the video, Mrs. Obama's intense workout includes weight training, kickboxing and some cardio moves to get your heart rate pumping.
Several celebrities have responded to Obama's challenge, including Beyoncé, Nick Cannon and Hugh Jackman. And of course, President Obama has joined in, but his five ways to be healthy are a lot less intense.
It's clear the first lady goes hard in the gym. Perhaps the president should send out a second video of his workout regimen?
