On Saturday night, Joaquina Kalukango’s crazy ex-boyfriend, Christopher Horton, popped up at the Bernard Jacobs Theater, where she was performing as Nettie in the Color Purple after allegedly threatening her on Facebook.
According to police her 28-year-old ex from hell brought an eight-inch knife to the Theater after posting “somebody is going to die” to his Facebook page.
Joaquina told officials two day’s prior her ex’s social media was aimed at her.
According to the New York Post, court records show Horton threatened Kalukango on Facebook and in text messages that said: "She'll feel it soon and you all will regret what you did," "The main event is coming just be patient," and 'Pay for security.’
The star was terrified when she entered the theater and was confronted by Horton and was prompted to tell her manager, who notified security.
Horton was arrested outside of the theater shortly after and is expected to appear in court February 26.
