Apparently There Are Two Different Trumps and Ben Carson Believes in One of Them

Ben Carson supports Trump in his run for president.

Former presidential candidate Ben Carson endorsed Donald Trump’s presidential bid on Friday. The retired neurosurgeon was quoted by CNN saying, “He’s actually a very intelligent man who cares deeply about America.” Although Trump has offended nearly every racial group, and trash talked every presidential candidate, Carson believes that the past should be put to rest and that Trump is what the America needs right now.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was the first to jump on the Trump band wagon after dropping out of the presidential election. After news of the endorsement broke Thursday, Carson voiced his two-Trump theory. That underneath the loud, brash, and ridiculous Trump there is a conservative thoughtful man who just cares about bettering America. Yup, Sure! How much is Trump paying you to say this?

Carson then used his announcement as an opportunity to request the unification of the Republican Party, that Trump has also been hinting towards over the past few days.

“We buried the hatchet,” says Carson. “We moved on because it’s not about me. It’s not about Mr. Trump. This is about America.” It’s all good though. Carson lost his Black card when he decided to run as a Republican candidate.
