Sarah Silverman is the latest celebrity to draw comparisons between Adolf Hitler and Donald Trump.
To get her point across, the comedian dressed as the Nazi leader during an interview with Conan O’Brien and didn’t break character once.
“I agree with a lot he says,” she said in her best Hitler impersonation. “Like 90 percent of what he says I’m like, ‘This guy gets it.’ But I don’t like the way he says it. It’s crass.”
Louis C.K. took a less comical approach when he urged readers of an email blast announcing the sixth episode of his Web series, Horace and Pete, to not vote for Trump.
“The guy is Hitler,” he wrote, adding how Germany in the ‘30s was taken by surprise by the Nazi leader. “Hitler was just some hilarious and refreshing dude with a weird comb-over who would say anything at all.”
Silverman appeared to be having a good time poking fun at the Republican frontrunner and even alluded to Hitler being disappointed about being compared to him.
