You Won't Believe What This Man Did to His Stepdaughter Over a Tax Refund

Her three year old son witnessed the horrible event.

A Georgia man named Bryon Winborne killed his 26-year-old stepdaughter, Kysha Johnson, on March 24 after the two got into an argument about a delayed tax refund. The two were allegedly arguing about a refund that Winborne believed was being hidden from him when he picked up a gun and shot her.

According to WXIA-TV, Johnson was walking away from the argument when Winborne pulled the gun on her. The Gwinnett County Police testimony stated that she was holding her 3-year-old son's hand at the time she was shot.

Police say that during the argument, several people were inside the home, including Johnson's mother, and her other young child.

WXIA-TV reported that Winborne reimained in the home until he could hear police sirens, he then fled. Johnson was alive when authorities and emergency medics arrived but later died in the hospital.

Winborne now faces charged of felony murder and aggravated assault. Winborne is reportedly a veteran and has been undergoing counseling for PTSD, but this will not keep him from being held to the highest extent of the law.
