[Watch] 'Tot Mom' Casey Anthony Recently Spotted as Private Investigator Makes Shocking Claims About Her Daughter's Murder

The devil is dancing tonight to the tune of the PI singing like a bird.

Casey Anthony was at the center of news coverage in 2008 for being accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. She was found not guilty in 2011 after a two-month trial.

Now, private investigator Dominic Casey stated in an affidavit filed Tuesday with the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Florida Tampa Division that Anthony’s lawyer Jose Baez told him that she did murder her daughter.

“[On] Saturday, July 26, 2008, Baez had told me that Casey (Anthony) had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did,” Casey stated.

“He also suggested to me that if I could gain access to the swamp on Suburban Drive without being seen, to do so because it could be the place that Casey had dumped Caylee’s body,” he added.

Caylee’s skeletal remains were, in fact, found in a bag in the swamp near her home in December of that year.

Additionally, Casey claimed Anthony traded sexual favors with Baez to cover her legal fees.

After Anthony canceled a major network television interview on September 5, 2008, Baez allegedly told Casey, “You now owe me three b*** ***s,” for getting her out of the appearance.

Weeks later, Anthony was seen naked in Baez’s office, Casey reported in the affidavit.

“This time she ran from his private office, through the conference room to the hallway,” he stated.

It’s unclear what the private investigator’s relationship to Anthony is but he also stated, “That night, I told her that she cannot allow [Baez] to continue engaging in this behavior. Casey told me she had no money for her defense. I reminded her that Baez had more than enough money from the network he sold the photographs to pay for her defense.”

Mr. Casey added, “Casey [Anthony] apologized and assured me it would not happen again.”

On Wednesday morning, Anthony, 30, came out of hiding in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she was seen at a Ford dealership shortly before driving off in a brand new SUV.
