The woman who infamously murdered a pregnant woman has finally been brought to justice, NBC News reports.

Shanika Minor, who was recently added to the FBI's list of 10 Most Wanted Fugitives, was arrested on Friday.

The 24-year-old Milwaukee native was caught in Fayetteville, North Carolina, just two days after she became the subject of the major track down.

The expecting mother she murdered was 23 and a former high school classmate. She was her mother's next door neighbor and was just five days away from her due date.

According to the FBI, both ladies allegedly got into a verbal altercation over loud music prior to the incident, with Minor confronting the pregnant woman soon after, shooting her in the chest.

She fled the scene following the incident, and is believed to have received help from family and friends on her journey.
