With two debates down and multiple sit-down interviews having occurred, we are all surely used to the “diversion method” of communication that Donald Trump often uses.
Ask him about the economy? He’ll talk about how Black neighborhoods are third world countries. Ask about health care? He’ll talk about how Obama only showed his birth certificate after he made him. And what about foreign policy? Mexicans and Muslims and ISIS, oh my!
His method of answering questions has infuriated the world, yet one 22-year-old Toronto native may have just discovered a use for it after all.
While watching the second presidential debate, a woman who goes by nothing other than Cassandra received a text message from a guy she had been dating. He bravely asked her, “How many other guys are you talking to?”
And Cassandra admitted to Buzzfeed that she was so caught off-guard by the question, that she decided to pull a Trump and divert.
“It’s almost verbatim how Trump answered when Anderson Cooper asked if he understood that he was bragging about sexual assault,” Cassandra told Buzzfeed News. “It was just a ridiculous response that I thought he would find funny while also understanding I did not want to talk about other men I’m seeing.”
After sharing the text on Twitter, it became clear that many people were inspired by her use of Trump-isms.
Well, that certainly is one way to use his moronic way of speaking. Good for you, Cassandra.
