No one in the video has been identified, and it is unclear where in Alabama the video was recorded.
The original video was posted to the sharing website LiveLeak, where it has been viewed nearly 500,000 times.
Once the video reached viral status, many could not help but wonder why the man was so quick to punish the lover
The man appeared to go straight for the wife's lover, punching him on the bed and eventually bringing him down to the ground. The man, who remained in his boxers, takes the beating while the wife stands off to the side.
It is unknown what happened between the husband and wife after the video stopped.
Whereas some asked the most important question of all: who in their right mind was filming this?
Although, some suspected the wife was the one behind the camera, many LiveLeak commenters assume the woman seen at the beginning was the wife in question. If the wife was not the one who decided to hit record, that means someone else was present and comfortable enough to video the entire incident.
