People Are Furious at Donald Trump for Blaming Barack Obama for the White House Leaks and GOP Town Hall Protests
While appearing on Fox & Friends, President Donald Trump admitted that he believes former President Obama and his people are behind much of the chaos that has occurred during the first month of his presidency.
During the interview, which aired on Tuesday morning, President Trump was asked if he believed Obama was organizing the massive protests that have taken place at GOP town halls across the country.
“I think he is behind it,” Trump replied. “I also think it’s politics.”
Trump then added that he believed Obama’s “people” were behind “some of the leaks, which are really very serious, because they’re very bad in terms of national security.”
During the interview, Trump also gave himself a surprisingly high rating on his first weeks in office
What appeared to be missing from Trump's Fox appearance was a willingness to admit the White House chaos is due to his unconventional governing methods and the fact that many people (including some staffers in the White House) do not trust him.
Many believe Trump's attempt to continuously blame Obama has gone too far
