People Are Living for Don Lemon and Angela Rye's Savage Roasting of Bill O'Reilly's Sexual Harassment Allegations

"You need to worry about your life and your career."

Twitter recently turned into a battlefield for some of cable news' heavy hitters. It all began with the national story of Susan Rice "unmasking" Trump associates and it ended with some severe burns.

As the story unfolded, it became quite obvious that Susan Rice was a smoke screen for Republicans to distract from any collusion between Donald Trump's campaign and Russia. While broadcasting on Monday, CNN's Don Lemon took a moment to explain that he would not play into the diversion tactic.

“On this program tonight, we will not insult your intelligence by pretending otherwise,” Lemon said, “nor will we aid and abet the people who are trying to misinform you, the American people, by creating a diversion.”

  • Fox News' Bill O'Reilly then took to Twitter to attack Lemon's journalistic integrity

  • To which Lemon masterfully bestowed the shadiest of shade to O'Reilly

Over the past several days, numerous sexual assault allegations against Bill O'Reilly have come to light. According to an investigation by the New York Times, five women have received $13 million in combined settlements from past reports of his sexual misconduct.

Additionally, "The O'Reilly Factor" has seen a great deal of advertisers back out of the program.

  • After Lemon roasted O'Reilly, CNN's Angela Rye came in to back him up

  • Rye first commented on the allegations against O'Reilly in regards to him coming for Rep. Maxine Waters

After O'Reilly compared Congresswoman Waters's hair to a "James Brown wig," the allegations against him soon resurfaced.

Rye's tweet is basically a more sophisticated way of saying karma is a b****.

  • The dragging of O'Reilly by Lemon and Rye had people putting their hand clapping emojis in overdrive

  • Maybe instead of worrying about Don Lemon's segments, Bill O'Reilly should focus on more important issues
