The woman involved in the threesome that resulted in the killing of one of the participants is maintaining she was raped and did not consent to the tryst. 

During the act, the unidentified woman contacted her boyfriend when a camera was taken out by one of the men. Hours later, Manos Ikonomidis, 20, was killed by her boyfriend and his crew.

“She’s claiming that she was raped, that it was not consensual and that she said no over and over again,” Joseph Mure, the woman’s lawyer, told the New York Daily News. “She’s not doing very well. She’s having a very difficult time. Obviously she is upset about everything that transpired.”

Christopher Membreno, the woman’s boyfriend, showed up at Park Slope apartment building where the threesome went down. At the time, 24-year-old Membreno chased down and stabbed Ikonomidis to death, cops said. He faces murder and other charges.

A third suspect in the knife attack remains on the run, police said Monday.

In an exclusive interview, Membreno told the Daily News he couldn’t believe police thought the threesome was consensual.

 “I threw my life away for a f**king lie? My life is over because of a f**king lie?” he questioned.

Detectives believe that Membreno’s girlfriend, Ikonomidis and 21-year-old Jack Doherty were involved in a consensual threesome at Doherty’s apartment before the killing.

Police are still investigating whether the encounter was consensual. NYPD also released surveillance video of a third man wanted in connection to the murder.
