Lisa P. Jackson
President Obama appointed Lisa Jackson as the first African-American administrator with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Last year, the EPA teamed up with the Congressional Black Caucus for an Environmental Justice Tour, visiting areas across the nation affected by pollution disproportionately.
