Comcast Tangled in Discrimination Suit
In November 2011, several Black employees of Comcast on Chicago’s South Side said they were required to install roach-infested and broken cable TV equipment in the homes of the predominately Black customers who lived in the area, allegedly because managers told them the customers were less likely to pay their bills and would be "evicted in a few months.”
