How Much Is Too Much?
While Mitt Romney's "47 percent" comments drew the ire from pundits on the left and right, 49 percent of Americans said media outlets covered the gaffe far more than needed, while 28 percent called the level of scrutiny appropriate, according to an Oct. 1 Pew poll. Thirteen percent said the comment was covered too little.
