Preparing for the Worst
As of Monday, 375,000 people in New York City were told to evacuate in preparation of the storm, 50,000 in Delaware and 30,000 in Atlantic City, New Jersey. New York City also shut down its subway, bus and commuter rail services on Sunday evening.
