Lady luck apparently doesn’t have stake in the Internet. According to a national poll by the Retail Industry Leaders Association released on Jan. 15, 78 percent of people said they opposed allowing the use of credit cards, direct electronic transfers from bank accounts or debit/ATM cards to buy online lottery tickets for jackpot drawings.
