Access to Health Care
The number of U.S. adults aged 18-25 without health insurance is currently at its lowest level (22.7 percent) since the beginning of 2012 (24.5 percent), according to a Gallup poll released Feb. 11. Latinos led uninsured rates among racial/ethnic groups in 2012 (40.1 percent) followed by Blacks (20.8 percent), Asians (15.2 percent) and whites (12.3 percent).
