James "Whitey" Bulger

Formerly one of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted fugitives, organized crime boss James "Whitey" Bulger lived on the lam for 16 years until he was arrested in Santa Monica, California, in 2011. The leader of Boston's Winter Hill gang, he was indicted for 19 murders, among other charges.
