Police say four men have been charged in the drowning deaths of two Virginia State University students following an April 20 initiation ritual into a non-school sanctioned group known as "Men of Honor." Seven individuals were overtaken by the Appomattox River after reportedly trying to form a “human chain” to cross the rapids. (Photo: WikiCommons)
