Norfolk State Guard Pendarvis Williams Named HBCU Player of the Year

Norfolk State guard Pendarvis Williams has been named the Boxtorow HBCU Division Men's Basketball Player of the Year for averaging 14.3 points and 4.5 rebounds to give NSU a 21-12 record and appear in the National Invitational Tournament.
