Ernest Jones’ Lawsuit Against Alcorn State Dismissed

Five years after he was fired from his position as the Alcorn State Braves' football coach, the state’s Court of Appeal judge upheld the dismissal of Ernest T. Jones. Jones signed a three-year contract with Alcorn in 2008, but was fired after one year when the team ended the season with a 2-10 record.
