FAMU Earns $13 Million Grant to Research Disease Treatment, Drug Development

FAMU was awarded a $13 million grant to be dispersed from 2013-2018 through the Research Center in Minority Institutions (RCMI) Program from the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD). The funds will support drug discovery and degenerative diseases research.
