How Are Marketers Appealing to Blacks?

From entertainment to online shopping, African-Americans make it easy for advertisers to connect with them. While Blacks spend more, advertisers are in fact spending less to target them. Advertisers spent $75 billion, or 3 percent of advertising dollars on television, radio, internet and magazine ads geared towards Blacks.
