Judge Dismisses Criminal Charges Against Fired North Carolina Central Coach

Charges were dismissed Monday for former N.C. Central head football coach Henry Frazier III. Frazier was charged in August with violating a domestic violence protective order; the arrest resulted in him being fired from the university. While the charges were dropped, an NCCU spokeswoman said Monday that the university stands by its decision to fire Frazier.
