Tuskegee University Nursing Program Receives $1 Million Grant

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services awarded Tuskegee University’s Nursing Program in the College of Veterinary Medicine, Nursing and Allied Health (CVMNAH) a $1,003,014, three-year grant to continue to promote diversity in nursing. “The nursing faculty members are to be commended for employing strategies to increase the number of disadvantaged minority students,” Tsegaye Habtemariam, dean of the CVMNAH said.
