Audit Reveals Fraud at Alabama State University

Another HBCU board of trustees is under scrutiny for alleged financial fraud. A preliminary report released Monday alleged that Trustee Marvin Wiggins, former Trustee Lawrence "Larry" Lemak and Trustee Elton Dean all had relatives who improperly received thousands of dollars from the school.
