Alabama State Bond Ranks Drops Amidst Audit Results

After a preliminary audit report revealed financial fraud at Alabama State last week, Moody's Investors Service downgraded Alabama State University's bond rating to A3 from A2 on Friday. Moody’s cited the university's weakening financial situation, uncertain relationship with the state and damaged reputation in its report.
