HBCU Tip-Off Championship Postponed

Just two weeks before it was scheduled to kick off at Atlanta's Philips Arena, the highly anticipated HBCU annual basketball Tip-Off Championship has been postponed until 2014. The event was rescheduled because key sponsors reneged on their donations. Organizer Kevin Clayton said, “It’s not about just basketball. We wanted to raise money for other causes and put on a first-class event.”
