We Have Facts. So What Can We Do to Change It?

While the data continues to clearly illustrate racial disparities, Supreme Court decisions have failed to acknowledge the importance of implicit racial bias. The Sentencing Project offered a list of concrete measures the U.S. government could adopt to prevent such disparities such as scaling back on the war on drugs, abolishing capital punishment and more.
