HBCU Graduation Rates Decline

The Journal of Blacks in Higher Education released a new report on Nov. 26 on graduation rates at HBCUs. Spelman University ranked No. 1 with a 79 percent graduation rate, Howard University followed at 64 percent, and then Morehouse at 59 percent, followed by Hampton University at 50 percent.
