Alcorn University Is StormReady

With a nor’easter threatening to ruin travel plans, the news comes that Alcorn State became the fifth Mississippi university to be certified StormReady by the National Weather Service. StormReady is a nationwide program of the National Weather Service that helps communities protect their citizens during severe weather and encourages communities to take a proactive approach to improving local hazardous weather operations.
