CBC Announces Learning Program With China

The Congressional Black Caucus along with presidents from the top HBCUs met with the Vice Premier of China on Nov. 20 to discuss study-abroad opportunities for African-American students in China. They reached an agreement for China to commit to bringing 400 students from districts represented by CBC members to study in China over the next four years as a part of the 100,000 Strong Initiative.
