Driving under the influence can lead to jail time while sober.

Diana Ross was arrested for DUI on Dec. 30, 2002, in Tucson, Arizona, after a Breathalyzer test showed that the singer had a blood-alcohol level of .20, more than twice Arizona's legal limit of .08.  She was sentenced to two days in jail.
