The Defense Rests

Lawyers for George Zimmerman rested their case on July 10 with their client saying he would not testify. His father, Robert Zimmerman Sr., testified briefly, saying that the voice on the 911 recording in the second before Trayvon Martin was killed belonged to his son. But Trayvon Martin’s parents said that the voice was that of their son. (Photo: Joe Burbank-Pool/Getty Images)
