Chase Enforces Limit for Card Holders

Chase and JP Morgan reached out to more than 2 million of its customers on Dec. 21 to alert them of temporary restrictions on their debit and credit cards. Restrictions included a maximum limit of $100 cash withdrawals and $300 in purchases per day. Less than 10 percent of Chase customers are affected, a Chase spokeswoman confirmed.
