Underage Drink Diversion Programs

RCADD runs an Under Age Drink Diversion Program, a four-week program for young people under 21 who have been arrested for underage drinking and are mandated by a judge to receive prevention education and information specific to teens and alcohol use. “Any time we can give teens more information and give them education on why they shouldn’t drink under 21 it reduces the potential for teenage alcohol related injuries,” Bowles said.
